CEO & Founder

David Chehade is the founder and CEO of Real Estate Investment Finance (REIF), a leading Australian property investment firm established in 2013. Inspired by his father’s early financial independence, Chehade achieved his own financial freedom by 33. He has since grown REIF into a nationally recognized company, earning accolades such as Top 11 Brokerages in Australia and Best Independent Office Finalist. Chehade is committed to giving back, supporting initiatives like Beddown to aid the homeless.

Jake

General Manager

Jake is highly accomplished property and finance expert who is dedicated to strong outcomes whether it be for individual investors and homeowners to large businesses and their clients.

Jake is an experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of forward-thinking innovative leadership driven by a client-focused emphasis. Just like the team at REIF, he is a strong proponent of practising what you preach and has been investing in property for many years. Jake is a sports fanatic and loves spending time with his family.

Tracy

Operations Manager

Tracy is an enthusiastic and solutions-focused property Operations Manager with over a decade of experience in the real estate and finance sectors. As an Operations Manager at REIF, she oversees the entire client journey, from the initial purchase and contract stages through to finance, sales, and ongoing client success.

Working closely with team leaders, Tracy is dedicated to ensuring every client has a smooth and enjoyable experience. Her extensive background makes her an invaluable asset in streamlining complex processes and fostering positive outcomes.

Mitch

Management Accountant

Mitch is a seasoned accountant at REIF, bringing 18 years’ expertise from a diverse background in Management Accounting, Public Practice, Taxation, Structuring, Payroll, Budgeting, and Stakeholder Engagement. A highly qualified chartered accountant, he drives financial excellence.

Ashley

HR & Systems Manager

Ashley is the HR & Systems Manager at Real Estate Investment Finance (REIF). With a strong background in People & Culture Management, she previously worked in tech start-ups before joining REIF. Ashley is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a strong and encouraging culture, and implementing systems to support business success.

Paul

National Sales Manager

Paul is a sales management professional with over 25 years’ experience in helping clients determine their needs and providing solutions to their problems. He has a background in military engineering and has a strong emphasis on fine details. Much of his efforts are dedicated to client analysis, research and providing exceptional service.

Paul loves playing golf and taking his caravan around the country to discover wonderful places. He has also been knighted.

Trent

Finance & Broking Manager

Trent is a highly respected authority within the finance and broking sector, having spent over 20 years in management roles across various blue-chip institutions, including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in the growth of FirstMac and the expansion of their services. Trent now leads our Finance & Broking department and is an instrumental part of our Leadership Team.

Outside the office, Trent is an avid consumer of all things sports and enjoys spending quality time with his family at the beach.

Mitch

Marketing Manager

Mitch has spent the majority of his two decade career building brands, intellectual property, marketing infrastructure, and high performing strategies across globally recognised financial services institutions. He specialises in deep data analysis, client journey, and deconstructing complex terminologies & offerings to deliver them in a language that audiences understand with ease.
