Ashley is the HR & Systems Manager at Real Estate Investment Finance (REIF). With a strong background in People & Culture Management, she previously worked in tech start-ups before joining REIF. Ashley is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a strong and encouraging culture, and implementing systems to support business success.

Paul

National Sales Manager

Paul is a sales management professional with over 25 years’ experience in helping clients determine their needs and providing solutions to their problems. He has a background in military engineering and has a strong emphasis on fine details. Much of his efforts are dedicated to client analysis, research and providing exceptional service.

Paul loves playing golf and taking his caravan around the country to discover wonderful places. He has also been knighted.

Trent

Finance & Broking Manager

Trent is a highly respected authority within the finance and broking sector, having spent over 20 years in management roles across various blue-chip institutions, including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in the growth of FirstMac and the expansion of their services. Trent now leads our Finance & Broking department and is an instrumental part of our Leadership Team.

Outside the office, Trent is an avid consumer of all things sports and enjoys spending quality time with his family at the beach.

Mitch

Marketing Manager

Mitch has spent the majority of his two decade career building brands, intellectual property, marketing infrastructure, and high performing strategies across globally recognised financial services institutions. He specialises in deep data analysis, client journey, and deconstructing complex terminologies & offerings to deliver them in a language that audiences understand with ease.

Michael

Acquisitions Coordinator

Michael is an experienced property specialist who has an extensive background in both Commercial and Residential property and is driven by finding strong outcomes for his clients. Michael holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology.

Michael has 11 years property experience, majority commercial property management experience and he is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and solutions to any problems his colleagues/clients may run into.

Michael is a big sports fan, enjoys living an active lifestyle while keeping fit and healthy.

Al

Acquisitions Coordinator

Al Lias has been in the property and real estate industry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the REIF team. He has previously managed a large real estate network and worked extensively with property investors across the domestic market. Al loves to innovate new ideas alongside helping people realise their life and financial goals through property.

Al hails from a small country in Victoria and is a proud dad of three. He loves to explore new cities in countries he can’t speak the native language passions and is an avid AFL supporter.

Kaye

Sales Operations Coordinator

Kaye is the Sales Operations Coordinator at Real Estate Investment Finance (REIF). With a background in business and operations, she brings 15 years of sales and operation management experience to her role. Kaye is passionate about streamlining workflow efficiencies and supports the team in ensuring clients begin their journey with REIF equiped with all the tools needed for success. Outside of work, she enjoys playing netball, specialising as a goal shooter, and has a special place in her heart for rescue dogs.

Mandy

Build Support Coordinator

Mandy comes from a Property Management background where her clients are always the number one priority. She is highly skilled at project managing tasks and keeping all parties updated throughout the entire process with a smile on her face.

Outside of work Mandy has 2 beautiful boys, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Samantha

Build Support – Client Coordinator

Samantha is a dedicated specialist when it comes to supporting the delivery a seamless, stress-free build process for our clients. Having spent over a decade within service-delivery roles across Queenslands residential, construction, restorations, and property management sectors, Samantha’s diverse background ensures she is well equipped to support our clients in one of the most exciting times in the journey.

When Samantha’s not supporting our clients, she loves creating meaningful memories with her partner and two beautiful children.

Matt

Broker Support

Matt supports our Brokers ensuring all our client deals progress with speed and accuracy. Matt has a diverse background in banking and has over 13 years experience in the industry. Matt’s high energy and positive attitude assist the broker team and REIF clients achieve the best outcomes on their finance journey.

Belinda

Senior Contracts Administrator

Belinda has an extensive background in contract administration. She’s worked closely with clients, builders, and other relevant affiliates to ensure successful outcomes for her clients. Belinda also has experience as a Business Development Manager.

Belinda assists our investor clients throughout the build process of their journey with REIF. She liaises with all relevant stakeholders to ensure there’s transparent communication and flow between all parties.

Nat

Contracts & Build Administrator

With over 9 years experience in her previous role for a Residential Community Developer, Nat has an extensive breadth of knowledge in contract management, client liaison, and the end to end administration process with clients. The client’s journey through their exciting investment process is the most important part of the role to Nat.

Kahlia

Office Coordinator

Kahlia is our Office Coordinator and David (our CEO’s) Executive Assistant. She is the backbone of our office and makes sure everyone in the team has everything they need to support our clients, and keep REIF achieving its mission of being recognised nationally as the leading finance and property experts in our industry.

Kaela

Accounts Officer

Kaela thrives in all things numbers, backed by her Diploma of Accounting and BAS Agent certification, to her role supporting our Accounts department. Her day-to-day work spans accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and forecasting across the business.

When she’s not deep in the numbers, Kaela enjoys music, discovering new markets, and getting out and about with her husband and their two children. Her positive energy and love of data make her a valued part of our business.

Deon

Property Strategist

Deon has vast experience in wealth creation strategies and property investment. He’s passionate about ensuring that money is working for his clients based on their needs, aspirations, and challenges. He’s well versed in the property market and ensures to deliver the best results for his investor clients.

Shane

Property Strategist

Rated as one of Australia’s leading business growth and strategy experts by the Huffington Post and an Amazon best-selling co-author in Business and Leadership Shane loves helping people grow their wealth through business and property.

As an ex Financial Planner with Royal & Sun Alliance (Vero) and an investor himself Shane has over 25 years of experience investing and helping people follow the Five Laws of Gold to pay their homes off early and build a better life financially.

Ross

Property Strategist

Ross has decades of experience in assisting clients in becoming financially secure through easy to understand wealth creation strategies. His approach is that clients are for life and he is committed to providing continuing educational and ongoing support. Ross has helped many clients across Australia in both taking the first step in property investment as well as building substantial property portfolios. As a passionate student he has recently taken up learning Spanish and the piano.

David G

Property Specialist

David is a property investment advisor with close to 20 years’ experience. Starting off as an Electrician straight from school and developing a love for property, he was always destined to make Property his chosen path. David holds a full Real Estate Licence a Cert IV in financial services and is a qualified property investment Advisor he is an avid property investor and a strong advocate of wealth creation through educated and researched property investment strategies.

Villy

Property Strategist

Villy has worked in the finance and investment space for more than two decades. As a fully licensed agent, he has ample knowledge and experience with educating Australians on how to invest in property for the long term.

Villy has been investing in property for as long as he’s been working in the investment space. He’s an avid believer of practicing what you preach.

Trevor

Property Strategist

Having spent a number of years in the domestic solar sector prior to property, particularly across satellite & regional cities, Trevor brings valuable insights and first-hand knowledge to his clients. His positive, can-do attitude combined with this in-depth knowledge of high performing strategies help guide clients in the best direction.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys in-land road trips with his family and exploring the latest & greatest farming machines.

Anabella has a diverse background in architecture, real estate, and business development. She combines all these skills to assist our client’s. She’s passionate about understanding people’s needs and sourcing the perfect solution. She is a hard worker who thrives on making her clients happy.

Allison has spent the majority of her career within the property sector, having witness Australia’s continual transformation over the last 17 years. Her in-depth knowledge of the market and appetite for learning allows her to have incredibly valuable conversations with clients. Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with family and exploring new waterfalls across South East Queensland.

Olga Huddleston is the dynamic Business Development Manager at REIF, bringing extensive real estate expertise to drive B2B growth and strategic partnerships. With a strong background as an aggregator, Olga combines discipline, performance and a results-driven mindset to consistently deliver value to REIF’s partners.

Brigi

Property Strategist

Brigi has spent the last three decades of her career delivering quantifiable value to clients across a multitude of sectors. As a natively bilingual person with Hungarian heritage, she has built a very successful career by understanding the needs and goals of her clients, and finding the right solution for each situation. Brigi also holds a Real Estate Agent’s Licence in Queensland, furthering honing her skills in success, service, and in-depth industry experience.

Reece is a multi-award winning broker that specialises in SMSF and complex lending. He’s also well versed with the property market. Reece actively supports his clients in both property and finance by creating ideal solutions to meet their needs.

Reece is from the Sunshine Coast region. He enjoys expanding his knowledge in everything life has to offer.

Kylie brings over 30 years of lending and finance experience to the Mortgage Broking team. She has a vast knowledge of all aspects of the loan process from her extensive experience as a loans writer for a major bank and various roles such as BDM, Credit Manager, & Loan Processor. She prides herself on her professionalism and dedication to clients.

Rebecca has spent the last 20 years of her career achieving incredible property management results for her clients across Victoria. She joins REIF’s property management partner, REIPM, in a dedicated Werribee (VIC) office to expand service delivery excellence across their national business.

Junior Property Specialist – QLD

Cassidy has spent the majority of her career in client services roles, navigating new challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism. She has recently joined the Queensland team after having experienced REIPM as a tenant herself.
